Practice chanters in 3D

How to use this view

Drag to turn; right-drag, shift-drag or move two fingers to slide the view; scroll or pinch to zoom in on whatever is under the pointer; double-click a part to turn round it, and Reset view to go back. Draw Explode to spread the plates along the chanter. Every plate is the cut files’ own outline. The finger-hole plates are darker: a slot through the face, or a V where a hole too small to cut is drilled. The cap, paler, is on, its socket over the body’s top plates. The buttons switch between the bores, three sides to eight, and the three strip chanters, bores of finger-jointed strips, darker, under stacked plates: strips, square, with holes to the model’s hand layout; standard, square, with a measured chanter’s; and standard octagon, eight strips with that chanter’s holes as slots.
